Every Year teachers prepare students for the big one. The Week long test that students dread of, and isnt actually that  bad. Repeatitivley, every year i dread the moment of this test, but never turns out so bad. This year THe english topics wer fun. I had had a good time to add creativity the my work, working through the persuasive, open ended and speculative writing pieces. After Two long days, math was up. If i was to give a list of "Most Hated" , Math would be the M.V.P., I completley hate math. The formulas, and all of the remembering, my brain wants to explode, so i was a bit scared of this portion. As it turned out the math was actually quite easy, some were hard, but some were quite easy---I still hate math. Overall The experience, was oring but in the long run good for administrators to get an outlook of what we do in the classroom.

Nothing at all in life is given. Any famous, or everyday succesfull person has worked for what they have earned. Many go by this including Muhammad Ali. "Don't quit. By quitting, this ends all percentage of chance and faith in accomplishment. While enduring pain and suffer a smart being will know success will be rewarded. With no work, comes no reward, but with working over the average and nothing less, will able you to gain much more.
     According to my experiences in life I believe far more above a bit in this quote. To suffer through training and rough obstacles, you need to perform above the O.K. mark, and you can live the rest of your life a champion. After many years of working hard through practice, matches won, and matches loss, I then was able to win the Mid Jersey Championships three times, by a pin, and Two major-decisions. With hard work, suffer and persistance, will come Great reward, Passion and more persistance.
     Everyone, who watches T.V. and has a computer or even at least read the bible has heard this story simiarly before. Brent Metcalf a 3x NCAA Iowa Wrestling champion, went through mental and physical training, to beat Ohio state's Lance Palmer. Only to reward him in a remarkable win. Brent went On with a succesful college carreer, leading to being accepted to the U.S. Worlds team, which had granted him in defeat. The champion will still train and someday rise again.
     As underdogs, and ex- Champions train their, absolute best they will surely be granted in a life of passion, and desire to soon win again. Nothing at all is given in life so, WORK FOR IT! -"Don't quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion."- Muhammad Ali

The controversial discussion of school uniforms has commenced. This will cause many problems including cost, and identification issues. But the most important of all is eradicating self-expression. Board of education offices have been debating over this topic for a while of K-12 school uniforms. School uniforms are a financial issue which may anguish many parents. Also the choice of putting the policy into place may cause school unity but arduous identification. Uniforms would not be reasonable and have too, too many possible problems. By accepting this policy it will enable preponderate problems. No improvement will be made to our schools after school uniforms.

If you may ask a normal student their usual outfit, I am more than sure they will not respond with a “dress shirt and khakis, are my favorite!”  Some may respond and say, well it is not the kid’s choice, it is up to the authority. This may be correct but the goal for teachers is to build students and lead them through a journey to a great life… not to burn impressions into their brains. With this deviation, where will expression grow with no freedom???What some probably do not mention is identification. Therefore, I am not saying the identification is precise and exemplary but uniforms will challenge this. A kid should not be labeled by what they wear, but a teacher should most likely notice them by their clothing. If everyone is the same… who is who? Where is he? Where is she? Opposing to this some will say unity is very important and will say, well we will see their face But the truth of this is nobody sees a student’s face 24-7. I cannot see any affect to the town with uniforms put into place. Studies show uniforms have no decrease in negative behavior and violence. This regulation will ignite the end of self-expression, financial stress and will cause challenging Identification. No beneficial transition will occur due to this policy.

Commercial

I feel that Nick and I's work for the commercial was humorous and well. We could have done better but what we had finished and handad in is what we chose to do. I wish i improved this commercial by making the pace of the transitions a little slower and adding more information. However, I am pretty proud of this poroject but we could've done much better. I believe we should earn a B or B-, we Included everything beseides a statistic, another persuasive technique, and the lengeth of the video was pretty short.I had a great time on this topic and hope to do something similar again.
