What was good...and what was NOT so good, about the Career Topic.

For the past weeks, we have been finishing our career topic. While we endure this we learn to search for colleges, get a degree, create a re'sume', and eventullaly get a job. I thought this topic was fun and creative. Personally I cannot wait for college, because the whole atmosphere seems fun. HOWEVER, much WORK had to be contributed into this. Many things needed to be completed, such as writing topics, questions,blue papers. I was a wreck. Somehow i managed to get it all done on a recent weekend and lifted the world off my shoulders. Everyday i'd look at my planner- Math, social studies , and science homework like useally but..there terrorizing the page.. CAREER ASSIGNMENTS. It would drive me crazy. So I thought it out and found a day i could get it done. Although I did not finish the re'sume' and the recomendation letter, i had managed to get it done in the librabry. Now since I am done (finally..phew!) i can get other work done.
Finishing this project showed me i really need to know before i go. This has prepared me for work down the road...when i actullaly look for a college. I continue to long for Rutgers and is pretty sure to go there when its time. This was a great topic, and coupled with creativity. I would like to do something like this again down the road, overall this was an sweet topic.
